Greta Carter is at the forefront of the political movement for the decriminalization and regulated use of medicinal marijuana. She is also the Co-Chair of the Washington Chapter of Americans for Safe Access, the Nation’s oldest, largest, and most successful medical marijuana patient’s advocacy group. In the absence of government medical marijuana regulations in her own state of Washington, Greta founded the Coalition for Cannabis Standards and Ethics (CCSE), which instituted the industry self-regulation structure that currently exists here today. Also a cannabis policy leader at the national level, Greta co-founded The C Groups, a national organization modeled after the internationally distinguished G8 organization, which successfully brought together the top leaders of the medical marijuana movement to create a unified patient advocacy political voice. A cannabis political and business leader at the municipal, state, and national levels, Greta Carter brings to Inyo a level of capability, knowledge, and sophistication that simply cannot be found anywhere else. While not a local, Greta Carter spent nearly 15 years living and working in Las Vegas while a Vice President for Citibank, where she directed multiple start-up businesses and managed projects with budgets often exceeded $80 million. In the past 6 years Greta has dedicated her life, full-time, to the business and political progression of cannabis. During this time she was the owner and operator of a medical dispensary that was fully compliant with Washington State Regulations. Shortly after, she owned and operated a cannabis testing laboratory and worked tirelessly to educate medical dispensaries and patients on the importance of testing medicine to ensure medical efficacy and quality.

James Potter the former President of the Southern Nevada Chapter of National Electrical Contractors Association and Chairman of the Board of Electrical Examiners for Master Electricians in Clark County, Jim is a well-known leader in his industry. Jim is an electrician and local businessman with even more deep, local Clark County roots. He has worked and overseen major construction projects such as the original phase of the Las Vegas Speedway, additions to the Imperial Palace and Frontier Hotels, and the building of Prim Nevada Hotel’s & Casino’s rollercoaster and golf course.

Frank Reed attended Washington State University for four years on a basketball scholarship. He also served in the US Army Reserve. In October 1968, he moved to Las Vegas and purchased half ownership of Robert’s Roof and Floor Inc., a company that opened doors in 1928 and is the oldest, active roofing and flooring contractor in Nevada. Frank continues to actively manage the company he owns. Frank is the past President of the Southern Nevada Roofing Contractor’s Association, the Desert Inn Country Club, the Hualapai Club of Las Vegas, and a past director of the Nevada State Golf Association. He has been involved with the Boys and Girls Club and has coached basketball for years. He is active in fundraising for the Shriner’s Crippled Children’s Hospital and a long time Scholarship Donor for the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Frank has always lived by the philosophy of assuring all things he finds in life are improved after he has been involved. Frank has been a family man for over 40 years. Improving the lives of his friends and neighbors through the compassionate use of marijuana is what drives Frank to participate in this medical marijuana establishment.
